As the originators of the laser-stir weld tube manufacturing process, we are currently producing a limited range of sizes and wall thicknesses. However, we are very eager to find new applications and to fulfill our customers’ specific tubing requirements in various sizes and shapes.

Custom Welded Tubing Options

B2 Manufacturing’s stir-welded stainless tubing is a new and upcoming technology. Our size ranges will continue to evolve, so feel free to check in with us from time to time. Our goal is to fully develop and advance the laser stir welding process into as many sizes and grades of material as possible. In some applications, alternative forming and finishing methods such as Rotary Swaging are also used in tubular manufacturing, depending on the desired mechanical properties and geometry.
