Laser-Stir Weld Custom Material Options
We believe that all current conventional laser weldable grades would also be weldable by our Laser Stir Welding process. We anticipate the application of this process to be successful in a wide array of materials. If you have a specific material that you would like laser-stir welded, we are completely open to working with the material your project requires.
Certified & Fully Traceable - Comparable to A269 Annealed Tubing but More Cost-Effective
The laser-stir welding process produces tubing that does not require a secondary annealing process, which can result in significant cost savings compared to A269 tubing production. Additionally, all materials are domestically manufactured, certified, and fully heat-traceable for enhanced quality assurance.
